User Agreement Overview
By accessing the web portals, training portals, SAP live GUI servers, or purchasing consulting services provided by Sapminds Consulting Global LLP ("Sapminds"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Terms of Service agreement.
1Scope of SAP Services & Training Programs
Sapminds provides live instructor-led professional SAP modules (e.g. S/4HANA FICO, ABAP, BTP, CPI, EWM, MM, TM), official certification preparation, sandbox access, and B2B enterprise consulting. All programs are delivered by active industry solution architects.
2SAP Live Server Sandbox Access Rules
Students and corporate trainees granted access to Sapminds SAP GUI or Fiori sandboxes must adhere to the following acceptable use rules:
- Individual Credentials: Sandbox usernames and passcodes are strictly personal and non-transferable.
- No Commercial Production Use: Sandboxes are allocated for educational configuration practice only.
- Server Reset Cycle: Sandboxes are refreshed periodically. Trainees must maintain local copies of their custom ABAP code or transport requests.
3Intellectual Property Rights
All training courseware, blueprint guides, video session recordings, mock exam question databases, and custom ABAP frameworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sapminds Consulting Global LLP. Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
4Batch Scheduling & Flexibility Policies
We understand that active IT professionals have demanding project schedules. Learners enrolled in live instructor-led batches are entitled to:
• Batch Transfer Rights: Switch to upcoming weekday or weekend batches with prior notice to your enrollment coordinator.
• Session Recording Access: HD recordings of missed lectures are uploaded within 24 hours of session completion.
• 1-on-1 Instructor Clearance: Schedule dedicated doubt-clearing slots with lead faculty.
5Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
